About Josh Brown
My real estate focus involves residential, residential multifamily, probate, trust, land, and commercial property. During the past 15 years, I have closed hundreds of transactions on a wide range of properties. Having a knowledgeable and experienced real estate professional that understands the market place and the different types of properties is a benefit to have. After High School, I studied vocational trades for four years graduating with a Journeyman's certificate in construction. While working in the construction industry, I started buying homes and rehabbing them and adding them to my real estate portfolio. After 5 years of buying properties I got my real estate license and moved into real estate sales full time. Today I still buy and sell properties of my own, along with my clients.
